Hi I’m Nicola..

I assume if you’re reading this then you or someone you love, is struggling with how life is at the moment and may be looking for change in some way?

Sometimes the issue is clear, but other times we might just feel ‘off’ and need a little exploration to figure out what needs to change in order to feel better.

I’m a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist accredited by the British Association for Cognitive and Behavioural Psychotherapies (BABCP).

My practice combines traditional CBT with Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness (MBCT) based approaches to offer an evidence-based, personalised treatment.

I have worked with 17+ aged adults within an NHS Primary Care setting for the last ten years.

I have extensive experience in working with low mood, low self esteem, generalised anxiety, PTSD, childhood trauma, OCD, panic attacks, health anxiety, specific phobias, and body dysmorphia. I also specialise in perinatal mental health.

I am trained to work with those whose mental health is being affected due to living with a long-term health condition. I provide clinical supervision for colleagues and trainees at the University of Sussex.

Please email me; hello@nicolacracknelltherapy.com and we can arrange call to discuss how I can help…
